Who handles your data?
Alexis Kennel, entrepreneur individuel (EI), is the controller for enquiries: 21 rue Calquières Basses, 34120 Pézenas, France. Contact: alexiskennel@gmail.com; professional telephone: +505 8583 0667.
Your email enquiry
The contact button opens your email application; it sends nothing automatically. If you send a message, we receive your email address, its content and attachments. Your business identity, public page URL and display issues let us assess feasibility and reply. Without the relevant details, an assessment may not be possible. Screenshots and information about your device are optional.
Do not send passwords, bank details or sensitive data. Remove private information from screenshots. This site has no file-submission form, customer account or online payment.
Assessing an enquiry you make for yourself is based on the pre-contractual steps you request. If you represent a business, our legitimate interest in answering its business enquiries is the basis. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising, place an order or automatically accept work.
Recipients and services
Alexis Kennel handles enquiries. Gmail, provided by Google, receives and stores email. ChatGPT tools provided by OpenAI may assist analysis of only necessary information; unnecessary data is removed where possible. No binding decision is made solely by automated means, and your messages are not published.
Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting through Cloudflare Pages. Providers process information needed for their services under applicable agreements and their own obligations. See Google’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing agreement, as well as OpenAI’s data processing agreement and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Browsing and technical data
This offer’s source code adds no advertising, advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. This does not mean there is no technical data processing: Cloudflare processes connection and request data, which may include IP addresses and browser or traffic information, to provide, maintain and protect its services. It may also produce technical traffic and security metrics. We do not match these data to your emails or use your browsing to build prospect lists. Our legitimate interest is to keep this site available and secure; Cloudflare’s own processing is described in its policy.
Retention and transfers
For an enquiry that does not become a job, messages, screenshots and working notes are removed from active records no later than 3 months after the last exchange. This is this pilot’s policy, not a general statutory period. Separately held, narrowly limited material may be retained where justified by a legal duty or dispute. If you order work, contract and invoicing retention rules will be explained with the quote.
Provider technical copies, backups and their own data follow their retention procedures; deletion from active records does not guarantee immediate removal from all backups. Their criteria include operation, security and legal obligations. The services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Exclusively European processing is not guaranteed. You may request information about applicable transfer safeguards; the linked provider policies and agreements explain their arrangements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to legitimate-interest processing or request portability where the relevant conditions apply. Use the contact above; only necessary, proportionate identity checks will be requested. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
